Safe Aquarium Moving

When moving an aquarium, safety should be your top priority. Always begin by emptying the tank of all water, fish, and plants. Fish should be transported in secure bags or containers filled with tank water. The tank itself, especially if it’s made of glass, must be properly padded using blankets, bubble wrap, or foam. Carry the aquarium carefully and ensure it is securely placed in your vehicle. After arriving at the new location, set up the tank immediately, refill it with the saved water, and monitor your fish closely after reintroduction to ensure they haven’t been stressed by the move.
